Today, Steve and I left Truckee and headed back towards Phoenix. We spent the night in Mammoth Lakes; however, before calling it a day, we headed out to visit Inyo Craters. Sadly, the sign was more impressive than the craters. Guess we're spoiled after having been to Yellowstone, Flagstaff, Mt. Lassen, and Hawaii where we saw more serious volcanic activity. Nonetheless, it was a nice day and we had a passable Italian dinner at Giavani's.
